Project Description
Servior Group is Luxembourg's biggest actor in the domain of offering services for elderly people. Servior employs more than 2.000 persons and manages in 2022 around 16 different nursing homes. The lack of capacity in the south of the country led the management to the decision to create a new home with 200 beds in Differdange in the south of Luxembourg.
M&E Designer Office Goblet Lavandier & Assosicés Ingénieurs Conseils S.A. (GL&Ass) is responsible for the complete M&E design of the project.
The design parameters for the building, delivered in 2022, issued by the client were to find an optimisation for lifecycle costs: the best compromise between investment and running costs. The focus on an energy efficient building was also clearly issued by the client.
