This vast extension to the existing LinkedIn campus in Dublin’s Central Business District will provide over 1,100 additional desk spaces. The development is delivered over 8 stories with 2 basement levels. There is a 390 seat restaurant with a full kitchen located at basement -1 which opens onto an external garden. Each floor features an open-plan workspace, meeting rooms, phone booths, breakout spaces, micro-kitchens, and IDF & MDF rooms. The upper levels feature terrace gardens with the entire 8th floor being an accessible terrace garden. Basement Level -2 features car parking, bike store, shower, and changing facilities with extensive storage facilities.
Our Input
Ethos was enlisted by LinkedIn to deliver the full Mechanical, Electrical, and Sustainability input for the full development. Ethos also monitored the base build to ensure that the Shell and Core were delivered to the required standards and allowed minimal intervention and removal of existing CAT A elements when moving to the CAT B fit-out.
